Cabinet Installer/Finish Trim Installer
We are a custom wood shop actively pursuing a motivated cabinet installer/ finish trim installer that is able to work on projects in residential environments.

Full-Time - Shift and Schedule
Typically an 8-hour shift, Monday through Friday. Standard holidays off. - Physical Qualifications
Must be able to lift at least 50 lbs. throughout the workday.

Mandatory Job Pre-Requisites
This candidate must have working knowledge, a strong understanding of standard and finished carpentry operations and methods, familiarity with plan reading, the ability to problem solve and a willingness to learn new skills.
Basic Requirements
- Education: High School Diploma or Equivalent
- Experience: 3+ Year’s finish carpentry preferred
Key Responsibilities & Duties:
- Complete onsite millwork, cabinet installation and touch-ups in a residential environment.
- Represent the company in a professional manner at all times.
- Submit complete punch lists
Core Competencies & Skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision or in a group environment
- Working knowledge of woodworking hand and power tools
- Working knowledge of CAD and shop drawings
- Working knowledge level and square
- Able to professionally interact with clients
- Able to install cabinets
- Ability to take accurate measurements
- Able to install running trim: base, crown molding
- Must be able to scribe trim and fillers as necessary
- Must have a strong commitment to job site safety including maintaining a clean job site at all times
Physical Demands:
- Walk and stand for long periods of time
- Ability to climb ladders
- Frequent bending, kneeling, twisting, squatting, and crawling
- Lift and carry objects weighing up to 50 pounds or more
